Use the form for calculation corrections, changed source records and editorial enquiries. Keep reports focused on the page and the calculation. A message does not require your pool's address or an equipment serial number.

A useful calculation report

  • Page title or on-site path, plus the tool version shown beside its formula.
  • Units and non-sensitive inputs, including selected loss mode or circulation period.
  • Result displayed and the result you expected.
  • Manufacturer document title, revision and page number if a source has changed.
  • Whether the issue concerns arithmetic, a unit conversion, source wording or browser controls.

Give the document title and relevant page or a plain on-site path. Do not include passwords, payment details, full addresses or private customer information.

What a message can resolve

The editorial operator can reproduce calculations, check cited documents and correct wording. A message cannot establish the condition of a live pump, certify an installation or override a manufacturer's safe-operation instructions. Use documented priming checks for a no-flow symptom and stop dry operation.

Messages are used to address the enquiry. They do not sign you up for marketing. The form reports when the site accepts a message for delivery.
